What's on

This practical workshop will teach you UX/digital copywriting skills, content design and strategy fundamentals plus give you an overview of AI writing tools.

The idea is to get you to think like a content designer including how to structure and declutter text, write plain English and execute an effective content strategy.

💻 It's run online via Zoom with live instructors (not recordings) – you'll be able to ask questions and we'll provide feedback on your work in real-time.

One-to-one mentoring is available additionally to the course: we'll review your portfolio, provide career advice, salary insights, and prepare you for that interview.

  • writing and editing skills/digital copywriting: tips and tricks for turning bad, boring corporate speak copy into something that works for users and helps with SEO and customer retention. Lots of practical text exercises on front-loading, decluttering, plain English and crafting user-friendly headings, links and other signposts
  • AI editorial tools, with an overview of how to use them to generate text content
  • working with stakeholders on content and tone of voice so they're confident that you know what you’re doing if you edit their bad copy!
