What's on

A short, practical & affordable weekend course on how to map user journeys in UX design run by professional designers.

We'll have an interactive session where you will work in a collaborative environment to flesh out end-to-end customer journeys based on a specific brief. By the end of the workshop you will have a high level understanding of:

  • How and when to create customer journeys
  • How to identify core customer needs
  • Empathy mapping
  • Basic understanding of pen portraits
  • Book recommendations
  • Lots of QnA

At the end of the session we'll have a round table discussions on learnings and you will be given valuable advice on how to use this effectively going forward in design workshops at work and with your clients.

    This course is run by a professional UX designer Chandrika Kumari with 10 years of experience in design for retail, financial and travel sectors, working in companies like Sky, The BIO Agency and The Times Group.
